Incident Report for Xplenty

Resolved

There was an issue which started from Dec. 15 18:00 UTC until Dec. 16 6:00 UTC which caused some jobs to be stuck on Pending / Running state even if jobs have already finished.

We have identified the root cause and put a fix in place. The issue shouldn't occur again moving forward.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
