On Monday, November 14th, starting at 7:00 UTC, we will be doing an upgrade to our PostgreSQL JDBC. This would take into effect on newly provisioned clusters after the upgrade. The upgrade is to support the latest Type 10 authentication or scram-sha-256 which is the default authentication for Postgres 13 versions and above.

There will be no downtime, cluster creation and jobs execution will still work fine.
