Job Failures Due to Vendor SSL Update

On June 12th between 18:43 UTC until 19:35 UTC - Heroku, one of our vendors, updated their SSL certificate which caused one of our components to become inaccessible causing jobs to fail across the board. The vendor did a rollback of the change at 19:35 UTC which caused our platform to be fully operational.
